| Hi!
I wanna use the german tv program(klack.de) with its AvantGo channel on my PDA. Okay, ActiveSync is installed; and AvantGo was included; so I created an account-the first surprise: NO ONE download option for H/PCs!!! But I proceeded and came to a .MAL file, opened it with AvantGo, et voila-the GUI saw my H/PC. But NO software is installed....
Any way to fix that?

| Thanks. it works fine now, but I have to have my PC on all time. A week ago I bought a 3c589C LAN card; the NSP I had installed a long time ago. At home, I installed the 3c589 driver with the error messages, that some of the dlls could'nt be writte, so I installed them manually.Then I soft resetted the device and put the card in.I connected it via crosslink to my pc, and on the dongle the green light began to flash.but then the box asking for the driver dll reappeareed and the whole shit began again;in my laptop the card works fine at all and the config tool for DOS also didn't do anything...

EDIT: Cambridge's vxUtil didn't show any IP and nothing, even DHCP didn't work.Oh, and my H/PC was on AC all time, so it should have enough energy...

| nope. second hand is my device...and the lan card is the same..without a cd...

Oh, did not see your responce. H/PC Factor has a CD ISO of the dsic, so the driver install may work. http://www.hpcfactor.com/support/cesd/s/0075.asp |

| But it won't be useful without an ISO of the 3c589 disc.

| As I don't have the CD from 3com, I can't try it and the drivers by HPCFactor do not work(the LAN card doesn't connect at all--both DHCP and with given IP); I already started a thread here but no one answered:-(
