ArtSKey is a localization utility for Windows CE (v1.0...v2.1/Pro, 3.0) based H/PCs. ArtSKey makes it easy to work with H/PC users whose main language is not English (Western European, Central (Eastern) European language families), using their national keyboard layout (like in desktop Windows®).
ArtSKey is also essential for those English speaking people who are using H/PC with two languages.

ArtSKey v1.11(WE) (Windows CE v1.0) & General ArtSKey Features:

Keyboard layout switching for easy typing of national characters (like Internationals in Windows 95/98).
Desktop Windows keyboard style support including full re-mapping with pre-defined multi-lingual layout set supplied
National characters decoding for incoming e-mail massages sent with 7-bit encoding: Quoted-Printable or Base64; (for Win.CE 1.0 only).
Date/Time stamp in user defined format.
Easy keyboard layout customization by user for specific language.
Enhanced setup procedure (HPC's CPU auto-detection & pre-designed multi-lingual layouts included).
