This software is Windows CE version of TCARD announced as a handy database.

You can create your own items and create cards, and sort or search the cards. Of course, it is possible to search from all items. There is also a "narrowing down" function that extracts only the cards that match the conditions.

It is also possible to display in a list (editing in the list is not possible in the CE version).

People who want a database that can be used immediately, people who want to organize their personal data, commercial databases are difficult! "I think it's suitable for people like this."

Since the data format is a text file (CSV file), the data can be edited directly with an editor, and it can also be used as an editor for CSV files. In addition, data conversion with commercially available applications is easy.
