Description

PocketC is a WinCE-based C compiler. The current version is a shareware
application. Registration is available at WinCEonline.

PocketC Runtime is only the virtual machine for PocketC Applet. Users
can run any compatible PocketC Applets with the runtime module. The
PocketC runtime's name is Pcshell.exe, and located in windows directory.

How it works?

When users double click on a PocketC applet, pcshell will be launched with
the applet's path name as the input argument.
