Description

StarTap is an application that allows you to totally "skin" your HPC device so that it is unique and fits your personality. It provides a means to overlay the standard Windows CE desktop screen with one created by you...everything from icons to applications.

The version in the SCL download requires you to set the date to around 1999, but once it is registered, then the date alert goes away.

Complex, this software does a lot of things and is not for the novice or faint of heart.
