POPOPE\tgemuCE.exe ... Binary for PopOPE (unchecked)
CDQ.dll ... file dialog
SH3\tgemuCE.exe ... Binary for SH3 (unchecked)
SH4\tgemuCE.exe ... Binary for SH4 (unchecked)
readme.txt ... this file

¦Execution method
Copy the binaries for the target machine to an appropriate folder.
For Popope, also copy CDQ.dll to the same folder.
Copy the game ROM to the appropriate folder.
Maybe you can also read zip compressed ROMs.
Start tgemuCE.exe.
Select the game to launch from the file dialog.
