Description

Emulates an HP 48, HP 49, or HP 39/40 (ROMs included) and includes several KML scripts and bitmaps for palmtop (240x320 resolution) computers.

Installation Instructions

Instalation:

Create a folder in your ppc.
Copy mips\hp48.exe to this folder.
Select KMLs for use Ej:
leofull2.kml (HP48GX)
leofull2.bmp
hp49.kml
hp49.bmp
keyboard.kmi

Copy the help file emu48.htm to ppc windows folder.

Obtain a rom image from a HP48 or a HP49G and copy to hp48 folder.

It is updated to 1.23 version of Emu48 this means that the HP49G images are Supported. You must get a ROM Image. The image of the HP49G emulator works. You can Get it from HP directly. You must read the license agreement to see if you can use This file (ROM.E49). You can also get the manual in this address. The HP38G and HP39/40G roms are supported.

The people that don't have a pc link kit there are (or there was) a rom image of the HP48GX in the following address.

You can use this image only if you are owner of

a real HP48GX.

Run the HP48.EXE program and configure the path of the HP48 program.
Push V to fill the KML list. Select a KML from the list.
If you will seek the Retry to recovery memory message all is ok.
