KN Memopad 1.0

HPC:Factor member watamario15, has released version 1.0 of their new, open source text editor and note taking program, KN Memopad.

KN Memopad supports writing and opening files in UTF-8, UTF-16 LE and CP1252 character encoding along with Windows and Unix line break codes.

The program supports Windows CE devices running 4.0 or higher. While only the Sharp Brain was officially tested as of this writing, many architectures are supported by this release. Any testing can be reported to the aforementioned listing in HPC:Factor's SCL, or on the official GitHub where you can also download or review the full source code.

The officially supported CPU architectures for the release include:
  • ARMV4
  • ARMV4i
  • ARMV4t
  • MIPS16
  • MIPSII
  • MIPSIIFP
  • MIPSIV
  • MIPSIVFP
  • SH3
  • SH4
  • x86
The app is available for free from the SCL or via the compiled binaries available on GitHub.
