Eiichiro Ito Going Open Source

Eiichiro Ito, most commonly known as the developer of CaptCE, has - following some negotiations with our very own staff member torch - released the source code for a large number of his Windows CE programs onto GitHub under the open source MIT license.

The source code can be found via his official Github page. I would like to offer a huge thanks to Eiichiro Ito on behalf of the community for organising this code release, as well as to torch for making contact and negotiating the request on our behalf.
