3Com 3C589x HPC2000 driver - Refresh

Given recent feedback it is clear that we have a working driver now for the 3C589x / 3CXE589x under HPC2000. This refreshed driver install has not been tested internally. We wanted to get it out as soon as possible. Please take appropriate precautions for your data before using it.

We are particularly looking for feedback on Suspending your H/PC with the driver loaded, and on changing between multiple DHCP enabled Networks. We are still lacking any feedback from MIPS users.
