Microsoft hold regular online chat's in which members of the public can submit questions to Microsoft's own developers, product managers and experts.

Microsoft today will hold a open discussion on "Mobile Devices".
This will be a good opportunity for Handheld PC users to make themselves known to Microsoft and the reams of Pocket PC users who I've no doubt will be present. Perhaps we can even extract some new information on the Handheld PC from them.
