Bye Design's fully featured Microsoft Excel compatible Spreadsheet app for Windows CE, Windows and Android has been updated to version 3.14.

The app, which is fully compatible with Excel 2.0 through 2019 as well as the OpenDocument format includes full charting, function, macro and even a fully featured VBA client. It is available for most Windows CE Handheld PC, Palm-sized PC and Pocket PC devices from CE 2.0 upwards and on all of the major CPU types and for those devices equipped with Pocket Excel, simply blows the first-party spreadsheet app out of the water in terms of features and functionality.

The changelog indicates that this is a general bug-fix release, with no major new features. SpreadCE 3.14 can be downloaded directly from the Bye Design site as a shareware release. The full version costs $20.00 USD (£16.53 GBP, €19.01 EUR, ¥2,985.95 JPY est.) and is well worth the purchase. As ever, we encourage you to support our active developers if the app has utility for you and you have the means to do so.

Update: The changelog for the release has now been expanded. The major changes for the release include:
The addition of in-cell editing, new text and background colour buttons to formatting toolbar, additional program settings, file property support, the addition of Excel4 macro functions, improved VBA support and enhancements to the program's internationalisation.
